Seth Gamble, a realtor, is showing a for-sale massage parlor to a prospective buyer, Gizelle Blanco. She's a masseuse who is looking to start her own parlor, and she feels like this place would be perfect! But when Gizelle shows Seth the offer she'd be willing to make, he informs her that another potential buyer made a higher offer already. Gizelle is dismayed since she can't possibly go any higher than what she's already offered.
